The world through the eyes of someone with cerebral vision impairment. Sounds new? Well it is something new that is yet to be understood fully well in the world. Looking at Rafael one would never think he was visually impaired. It is disability that has not been well understood. But the fact remains that it can make everyday life a challenge. This is because there is nothing wrong with his eyes but his brain. Normally the eyes send electrical signals to the brain which in turn converts them into images which is what we see. But for people with CVI the images will get muddled. When Rafael was born they found that his blood pressure was very low.
