n 2017 Kylie Thulborn and Tom Richardson travelled to many community to enquire about who all wanted to be part of a choir. To their surprise dozens people in Portland and people in Tarang started to sing among the young people.
They enjoyed the music and were smiling together and there was a big community inspire of having a disabilities. They were got engaged in each and every activity. By seeing growth in self esteem, in friendship, and in creativity, Kylie was very happy.
They initially had a challenge for the find your voice choir: getting 170 people. The individuals were using wheelchairs for mobility. The other challenge was the behaviour of the young people, some of them had vision impairments.
The joy of coming together and singing together melted away their difficulties. Rehearsals together was the happiness spectrum.
